In this intimate evening workshop, you’ll explore the art of closeness: emotional, energetic, and physical. Get Closer is designed to help couples build trust, deepen communication, and awaken a renewed sense of curiosity and connection.
Through guided exercises in breath, movement, and mindful touch, you’ll learn how to:
Communicate with more presence and openness, both verbally and nonverbally.
Experience energetic exchange through simple yet profound tantric techniques.
Explore a heart-centered tantric posture that fosters intimacy and connection.
Practice visualization and breathing techniques to move energy and create harmony between you.
