In this experiential session, you will be guided through an Awakening Consciousness Breathwork Practice focusing on three energetic centers — the belly, heart, and head. Drawing from universal principles found in mystic and embodiment traditions, the practice helps deepen awareness of subtle energy flow. Afterward, participants will be invited to share reflections and explore how cultivating energetic awareness can enhance intimacy, presence, and connection.
