In times of collective stress, uncertainty, and constant stimulation, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, depleted, or energetically porous. Clear, Grounded, Protected is a practical, experiential workshop designed to help you reconnect with your center and learn tangible tools for clearing and protecting your energy in everyday life.

Co-facilitated by Angela Dawn and Mia Moon, this two-hour gathering offers a grounded approach to energy hygiene, blending ancient wisdom with accessible practices you can actually use.

Together, we will explore:

  • Smudging practices for clearing stagnant or unwanted energy

  • Taoist-inspired techniques for grounding and energetic protection

  • Breathwork and meditation to restore presence and regulate the nervous system

  • Guided visualization practices to strengthen energetic boundaries and inner stability

This workshop is less about “doing it right” and more about learning how to listen to your body, notice your energetic state, and respond with care and intention. All practices are gentle, practical, and adaptable. This workshop is appropriate for beginners as well as those with existing spiritual or embodiment practices.

Each participant will receive a take-home smudge spray, allowing you to continue these clearing and protection rituals in your own space.
